Risk score is roughly based on chance of being infected if acting in a pre Covid situation on the selected day. (NB: Not directly from offical data) The unadjused risk score uses the cases reported only. The adjusted risk score tries to make a correct based on the expected CFR of ~3%. Countries with higher CFRs [using deaths/cases three weeks prior] are estimated to have higher cases numbers than reported.
